Outbound Insurance Sales Agent (m/f/d) Norwegian & English

We are looking for a Norwegian-speaking sales professional to join our outbound project as an Outbound Insurance Sales Agent (m/f/d). You will call existing customers with an outstanding loan balance and introduce an insurance product designed to cover the remaining debt in circumstances defined by the policy.

Your Tasks

• Contact existing B2C customers by phone and explain the insurance offer clearly and accurately

• Understand each customer’s situation and discuss whether the product meets their needs

• Explain the relevant benefits, costs, conditions and exclusions

• Document conversations and outcomes in line with project requirements

• Follow all applicable rules for insurance distribution, customer consent and data protection

Your Profile

• fluent in Norwegian and good working English

• good working knowledge of MS Office

• Experience in outbound sales, banking or insurance

• The qualifications required to offer and arrange insurance for customers in the Norwegian market. You can provide evidence of your training, experience and any registration or authorisation required for your role.

• A responsible, customer-focused approach to sales

• confident and professional on the phone
